a few other blog friends of mine have posted this video on their blogs, so i wanted to share it on ours. it is a "gotcha day" video -- "gotcha day" being what many adoptive families refer to as the day they're finally united with their child. i don't know the lady in the video, but i've read her blog a few times, having found it on other bloggers' bloglists (i love reading ethiopian adoption blogs). i loved this video because it represents everything we hope to convey about why we want to adopt. and it makes me long for the day when we can finally hold our child(ren) in our arms. enjoy. and if you tend to get emotional like i do about these kinds of things, be prepared to cry.
